About Omega Caro-E

Omega Caro-E was developed and patented by the Functional Foods Research Unit (FFRU) of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT). Omega Caro-E is a novel combination of fish oil triglycerides, 11 different carotenes and five different forms of vitamin E.

Two capsules of Omega Caro-E every day provide 500mg omega-3 fatty acids (300mg EPA and 200mg DHA), 6.0mg carotenes, 16.2mg tocotrienols and 3.8mg tocopherols.
